Enjoy my new 15-minute butt and thigh toning home workout challenge. This is a quick fit fun home challenge that you can follow easily for 21 days and actually see impressive results burning fat and toning your booty. I have gathered my favorite exercises to help you reach quick and effective results. This home workout challenge should be followed closely for at least 3 weeks or more. You can feel free to add other workout routines (see some suggestions below) to maximize your results!
These exercises will help you burn fat and shape a tiny waist and flat abs.
It’s a killer and effective home workout that will help you focus on shaping an hourglass figure, tone your waist, abs, and boost your fitness.
I’ve been using these exercises for a few years now in my personal routine and with my trainees and can say that it certainly gets the job done!
If you want to see results and focus on this area of the waist, and abs- strengthen and tone them, then I recommend warmly to follow this challenge:
1. Stick to this routine for 1 week. Try your best to keep up with the exercises and the workout routine. If you feel that it is too intensive, then feel free to have a rest, recuperate and continue the routine when you can. It’s all cool, you should build up your fitness and endurance step by step!
2. After a week you will already feel and see results, you will feel those muscles well and will know that the work is setting in and giving preliminary results. This is a fun and important stage. If you reach this then don’t stop or give up. Continue to do this routine for another 14-21 days together with following full-body, abs, cores workout routines in my channel, or see the recommended workout routines in the links below. After you have completed the 21-28-day challenge you will understand what the excitement is all about. You will feel satisfied and will want to continue to daily workout programs and routines- step up the difficulty of the exercises- choosing longer, active, and challenging workouts that you can find on my channel!
In the end, I truly believe that it is all about enjoying the workout as you are putting in the work. Being persistent will bring the quality of life and well-being that you are searching for.
